Helsinki has numerous parks and gardens, a wide variety of restaurants and other eateries, a lively nightlife with an ample choice of bars, cafés and clubs as well as some excellent museums and places of interest. In the winter, especially on sunny Sundays, the stretches of frozen sea between the city and Suomenlinna attract processions of walkers, ice fishermen, skiers, skaters and a lot of ducks! |
