Prices include return flights between the UK and Kiruna / Keflavik via Stockholm (routes as detailed in the itineraries); 7-nights’ accommodation on a breakfast basis: 3 nights at the ICEHOTEL (2 nights in warm accommodation and 1 night in a Snow Room), 1 night at Hotel Diplomat in Stockholm and 3 nights at Hotel Reykjavik Centrum in Reykjavik; airport transfers in Kiruna and Iceland (airport transfers in Stockholm are not included) and all known fuel surcharges, airport charges and taxes.
Please be aware that Sweden operates a ‘zero tolerance’ law against drinking and driving therefore if you have booked a Northern Lights snowmobile excursion for the night of your arrival and you intend to drive the machine, please refrain from drinking alcohol beforehand. This policy should be adhered to for any snowmobile excursion. |

| Scheduled flights |
| Scheduled flights are based on the lowest Icelandair and SAS available airfare and should these be unavailable a supplement will apply, which will be advised at the time of confirming your booking. There is no complimentary meal service on SAS scheduled flights between Stockholm and Kiruna. Drinks and snacks may be purchased onboard. |

The standard minibus airport transfer is included in the holiday cost. However, for something different try one of the options set out below. Luggage is transported by minibus, leaving you free to enjoy the unusual modes of transport to the full. The costs indicated are for a single journey.

| Upgrade Ice Accommodation at the Icehotel |
| All of our trips which include a night ‘sleeping on ice’ are based on a standard Snow Room, which sleeps two on a double ice bed. Should you wish to upgrade to an Ice Room or one of the incredible suites, a supplement applies. The prices shown are per person for the night. There are also a limited number of ‘family’ Snow Rooms – four which sleep 4 and one which sleeps 8 – no supplements apply for these but they are booked on a first come first served basis.
Ice Rooms these 14 rooms will be created by the resident Art & Design Group, people responsible for the overall look of the ICEHOTEL and much of the ice art you will see around the complex. These suites, with ice art and ‘furniture’ are a ‘step up’ from the standard Snow Rooms and will have a variation on a theme. Supplement £50
Art Suites are the most spacious and impressive of all. Fifteen specially commissioned suites will be given life by international, award-winning ice artists and 15 will be created by the ICEHOTEL Art & Design Group. They are simply spectacular with THE most amazing and very different themes. They are popular with honeymoon couples, as are the sleeping bags built for two! Supplement £95
Ice Suites are totally unique and are for a single season only. Rooms will be allocated on arrival and differ from those shown in this brochure but they will be of an equally high standard.
