| About the Airlines |
ICELAND EXPRESS
(from Stansted) Since 2003 Iceland Express has offered a service of up to two flights a day between London Stansted and Keflavik Airport, using Boeing MD-90 aircraft (which may be replaced with Boeing 757s in 2008). As a low cost carrier, there is only one class and no meals are included, but refreshments are provided at reasonable costs. The lowest fares in this brochure are based on this service.
ICELANDAIR
(from Heathrow, Manchester & Glasgow) Icelandair offers up to 19 scheduled flights each week from the UK to Iceland, with twice daily departures from London Heathrow, up to three flights each week from Glasgow and twice weekly flights from Manchester. The airline has linked the UK with Iceland for over 60 years. Every flight offers two full service classes, both with pre-allocated seating, Economy Class and Saga Class (business class).

| Flights within Iceland |
As at December 2007, only Air Iceland operates services between the main communities within Iceland. Air Iceland, is a division of Icelandair, using mostly 50-seater Fokker Friendship twin prop aircraft. |
