Fuel Surcharge A fuel surcharge of £18 per person is applicable to all prices shown travelling via the scheduled flight.

Prices include

Prices include return flights between the UK and Kiruna (direct or via Stockholm); transfers between Kiruna Airport and accommodation (4-night trip also includes a husky transfer from Kiruna Airport to the Musher’s Lodge); 3 or 4 nights’ accommodation (1 or 2 nights at the Musher’s Lodge, 1 or 2 nights at theWilderness Lodge and 1 night in a Snow Room at the ICEHOTEL) on a breakfast basis – full board whilst on the trail; snowmobile safari from the Musher’s Lodge to the ICEHOTEL for your chosen duration; all known fuel surcharges, airport charges and taxes and use of a one-piece thermal suit, hat, boots and mittens for the duration of the husky expedition. Our direct flights include a complimentary in-flight meal with drinks.

Scheduled flights

Scheduled flights are based on the lowest available airfare and should this be unavailable a supplement will apply, which will be advised at the time of confirming your booking. There is no complimentary meal service on SAS scheduled flights to Stockholm or Kiruna. Drinks and snacks may be purchased onboard.

Optional Upgrades at the Icehotel

All of our trips include a night in a snow room, but the Icehotel also includes contains incredible Ice Rooms or Art Suites which are totally unique each season. To upgrade to one of these rooms the following supplements apply (per person for the night).

Ice Rooms - £50 per person (adult or child)
ice rooms are created by the team of technicians, resident at the ICEHOTEL, people who have expertly crafted suites often in a number of previous constructions. These suites are a ‘step up’ from the standard double Snow rooms and will have a variation on a theme.

Art Suites - £95 per person
Art Suites are the most spacious and impressive of all. Specially commissioned and given life by international, award-winning ice artists, these spectacular ‘top-of-therange’ suites, with THE most amazing and very different themes, include a seating area and lockable ice doors - popular with honeymoon couples, as are the sleeping bags built for two!

Note these rooms are totally unique and are for a single season only. Rooms will be allocated on arrival and differ from those shown in this brochure but they will be of an equally high standard.
