| Optional Upgrades at the Icehotel |
All of our trips include a night in a snow room, but the Icehotel also includes contains incredible Ice Rooms or Art Suites which are totally unique each season. To upgrade to one of these rooms the following supplements apply (per person for the night).
Ice Rooms - £50 per person (adult or child)
ice rooms are created by the team of technicians, resident at the ICEHOTEL, people who have expertly crafted suites often in a number of previous constructions. These suites are a ‘step up’ from the standard double ice rooms and will have a variation on a theme.
Art Suites - £95 per person
Art Suites are the most spacious and impressive of all. Specially commissioned and given life by international, award-winning ice artists, these spectacular ‘top-of-therange’ suites, with THE most amazing and very different themes, include a seating area and lockable ice doors - popular with honeymoon couples, as are the sleeping bags built for two!
Note these rooms are totally unique and are for a single season only. Rooms will be allocated on arrival and differ from those shown in this brochure but they will be of an equally high standard. |

| Prices include scheduled flights from the UK to Stockholm, Stockholm to Kiruna and from Oslo to the UK; train from Kiruna to Narvik and from Bergen to Oslo; bus transfer from Narvik to Harstad; hotel accommodation in Stockholm for 2 nights, Harstad for 1 night, Bergen for 2 nights and Oslo for 1 night all in twin rooms with private facilities; 3 nights in an outside cabin aboard the Hurtigruten; 2 nights at the ICEHOTEL (one in a warm room and one in an Snow Room); breakfast throughout plus 3 evening meals (onboard ship); use of thermal suit, hat, boots, gloves during time at the ICEHOTEL; all known fuel surcharges, airport charges and taxes. |
