Enjoy exclusive use of our flagship property, the very spacious Lava House, on a great ‘long weekend’ or combine it with a cabin or cottage elsewhere to make a longer self-drive holiday. |
These Icelandic Way self-drive holidays provide a wonderful opportunity for a family or group of friends travelling together, to get a real taste of Iceland. All the properties offered have been carefully selected on their merits for location, standard of facilities and the wealth of attractions easily visited nearby. These particular itinerary examples, linked to below, are based on fixed days of travel between certain months as detailed below. In the accommodation section and in the outline itineraries, you’ll also find some suggested places to visit and things to do although for a more detailed list, see our optional excursions page.
