| Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and most excursions require a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. Booking in advance to ensure availability is highly recommended. Child prices are for children 11 years and under.
Note husky safaris and snowmobile tours include a stop for light meal of bread and hot soup cooked over an open fire in either a heated lavvu or wilderness hut. Coffee/tea and home made cake for dessert. Overnight tours are also available – please contact our office for details.
Snowmobile tours are based on two sharing – supplements apply for a single rider / valid driving licence required. Children over 10 may ride as passengers.

| WILD MOOSE SAFARI BY SNOWMOBILE |
Transfer by minibus to Moose Valley, about 25 minutes from the hotel. After brief instruction the snowmobile safari begins. Drive across frozen lakes and up onto the mountaintops following the guide as he uses binoculars and tracks for footprints. Once the animals are spotted you’ll need to keep quiet and at a safe distance but hopefully still close enough for good photographic opportunities. Local guides will be happy to share their knowledge of these creatures as well as local history. Campfire lunch in a lavvu. Duration 5 hours. | WILD MOOSE SAFARI BY MINIBUS |
Travel by minibus along the quiet road to Nikkaluokta, through the Kebnekaise Valley, 70km outside Kiruna, enjoying great views and stopping for coffee along the way. This winter pasture area is one of the best places in the world to see moose and reindeer in their natural habitat. With our experienced guides get close enough to the animals to get good pictures, while sitting in safely in a heated bus. Note sightings on moose trips for the 2007/2008 season had a 99% success rate but please remember they cannot be guaranteed. Duration 3½ hours. Price £68 adult / £34 child.
